According to art. 13 par. 1 and par. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, I inform that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Jakub Moskal operating under the name of Mopiku Jakub Moskal based in Gdynia, hereinafter referred to as MOPIKU.
2. Your personal data will be processed in order to conclude and execute a contract for the use of the game created by MOPIKU and related products, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Service (Article 6.1 (B) of the GDPR). If you agree to receive a newsletter or marketing information, your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6.1 (A) of the GDPR).
3. The personal data provided by you will be made available to the following categories of third parties:
   • entities providing marketing services,
   • entities providing statistical services,
   • game platforms.
4. The personal data provided by you will be transferred to a third country.
5. Your personal data will be kept until the end of the limitation period of potential contractual claims.
6. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
8. Providing personal data by you is voluntary, but not providing them will prevent you from using the game or other related products.
9. Your data will be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling, in order to provide you with the most interesting content - games and in-game offers and advertising.
